Stress is not always a bad thing. There is good stress (we call that eustress) and then there’s the other kind (distress). Eustress can get our butts moving and help us do the things we want to do. Distress can feel overwhelming and paralyzing.

You are probably looking at this website because you’ve been feeling more of the latter. Work and/or school feel like too much sometimes. You look at all the things you have to do and it feels like the only way it’s going to happen is if you stay exactly on task 100% of the time. Even then, you aren’t sure you’ll be able to do it.
